Jeff founded Fire Door Solutions in 2011 and grew to become the national leader of compliance services for passive fire protection systems for healthcare facilities. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Fire Door Solutions has grown to over 200 employees supporting over 1,000 hospitals nationwide. As the healthcare market has widely accepted the company’s EOC and Life Safety services, Life Safety Compliance Solutions was created in late 2017 and is headquartered in Nashville Tennessee and provides Mock Surveys, Life Safety Assessments/Life Safety Plan Design and Updates and Ligature Assessments for healthcare facilities. Building on the success of Fire Door Solutions and Life Safety Compliance Solutions, Jeff Perry created Facilities Management Solutions in 2018 and was developed to address the growing need for skilled and qualified Directors of Facilities Management for the healthcare industry. Jeff has a passion for service born out of 15-years in starting and managing multi-million-dollar resorts and conference centers. An entrepreneur at heart, he loves mining for unmet service needs and bringing a top-shelf service enterprise to fruition. He has done this with the high-end resorts, with Avascend Healthcare Hospitality, and now with Fire Door Solutions, Life Safety Compliance and Facilities Management Solutions. Jeff holds a finance degree from George Mason University.
Mickey has 20 years of healthcare facilities management, consulting, and project management experience. was the senior operational leader for facility management operations of a large national nonprofit healthcare organization. Mickey led the creation and integration of a $1 billion-dollar facilities management portfolio (Plant Operations, Planning Design and Construction Services, Energy Management, Safety and Environment of Care). The organization started with four FTEs and within 2.5 years grew to over 3000 FTE. His teams removed millions of dollars of waste from the operations of the healthcare systems by employing a unique strategy based on insourcing high margin activities, implementing value chain strategies and creating cost control structures. He created intern, development and mentoring programs to bring new leaders into an industry that has a rapidly increasing retirement cycle.
Mickey has created energy management programs for hospitals of all sizes. The program focuses on consumption reduction strategies and delivering continuous improvement strategies to reduce overall utility spend and impact on the environment.
In addition to Facilities Management services, Mickey has extensive experience leading support service operations including Medical Equipment, Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Safety, Emergency Management and Security operations. This model provides an immediate advantage to medium and small hospitals by using cross-functional leadership strategies to remove cost and improve quality of services.

Art has recently joined the Facilities Management Solutions team as Vice-President. Art has over 30 years of Healthcare Facilities Management. He has experience in providing leadership to healthcare organizations in engineering, construction, facilities planning, real estate, biomedical engineering, safety, security, emergency management, nutrition services, environmental services and linen services. Art has a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration. Art is a Fellow, American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Health Facilities Manager (CHFM).
Executive VP, Sales & Marketing
Miles joined Fire Door Solutions in late 2017 as the Executive Vice President of Sales. He brings more than 20 years of sales experience to Fire Door Solutions, Life Safety Compliance Solutions and Facilities Management Solutions including market entry & development, complex solution sales, executive client engagement, sales team development, and sales methodology development & implementation. Miles is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Business with an Information Technology Emphasis.

Debra joined Life Safety Compliance Solutions in 2018 as the Executive Vice President, and brings to us 30 years’ experience in Healthcare Facility Management. Her extensive background in Regulatory Compliance, as it relates to understanding and interpretation of the Joint Commission, DNV and HFAP Standards, specifically the Environment of Care, Life Safety and Emergency Management Chapters are invaluable to Facilities Management Solutions. She is a member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers, and Certified Healthcare Safety Professional.
